High alumina brick for cement industry
The brick is made from sintered special grade high alumina bauxite, added with zirconia, silimanite and andalusite by reasonable ration, pressed by high pressure and sintered at high temperature, with excellent spalling resistance, alkali, sodium, sulfur, chlorine and alkalic salt corrosion. High alumina refractory bricks have a fire resistance of 1750 ℃ and a long-term working temperature of 1400 ℃. The properties of the materials belong to zwitterionic oxides. There are also high alumina refractory materials with high Al2O3 content, such as siliceous limestone bricks, mullite bricks, corundum bricks, etc., which tend to be acidic and tend to neutral. They are suitable for various types of furnace types, and can be used in high-temperature furnace types in industries such as steel mills, smelting, chemical, power, etc. They are also widely circulated products, The cost-effectiveness is much better than clay bricks.
High alumina refractory bricks are divided into two categories: ordinary high alumina bricks and low creep high alumina bricks:
Ordinary high alumina bricks are divided into nine grades based on physical and chemical indicators: LZ-48, LZ-55, LZ-65, LZ-70, LZ-75, LZ-80, LZ-55G, LZ-65G, and LZ-75G. In the brand name, L and Z are the initial letters of aluminum and brick in Chinese pinyin, and the numbers represent the mass fraction of aluminum oxide, followed by G representing refractory bricks for blast furnaces.
According to physical and chemical indicators, low creep high alumina bricks are divided into seven grades: DRL-155, DRL-150, DRL-145, DRL-140, DRL-135, DRL-130, and DRL-127. D, R, and L in the brand are the first letters of the Chinese Pinyin for low, creep, and aluminum, and the numbers are 1/10 of the creep rate test temperature.
