Anti flaking high alumina bricks are fired products made from high alumina bauxite clinker and synthetic materials containing ZRO2 in a certain ratio through high-pressure molding. The products have strong anti flaking ability, as well as resistance to potassium, sodium, sulfur, chlorine, and alkaline salt corrosion, low thermal conductivity, and other properties. They are ideal materials for the transition zone and decomposition zone of cement kilns. The notable characteristics of the products are good heat resistance and shock resistance, and strong adaptability to the environment. It is often used in rotary pre heating or decomposition furnaces, as well as in grate coolers and other parts.

YRS-70 anti stripping high alumina brick is a common model of anti stripping high alumina brick, with a fire resistance of over 1790 ℃. Compared with traditional high alumina bricks, it has outstanding thermal shock stability, high strength, chemical corrosion resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, low thermal conductivity, and low firing temperature, improving material function and greatly reducing energy consumption.

Anti peeling high alumina brick is a new type of high alumina material specially produced for supporting cement kiln lining in China. It has excellent thermal shock stability, high load softening temperature, high high-temperature strength, alkali and clinker corrosion resistance, high-temperature wear resistance, anti peeling, anti scaling, ring formation, and low thermal conductivity. It has been widely used in new dry process kilns, Liber kilns, and wet process kilns in China. The parts used include the kiln door cover, ascending flue, cooling belt, transition belt, rear and side walls of the cooling machine, and the bent top of the crossbeam. Successfully applied in almost all kiln areas. Anti falling high alumina bricks have been successfully applied to relevant parts of cement kilns and used in large float glass kilns as heat storage chambers, replacing traditional magnesium chromium bricks. This not only prolongs the service life of the kiln, but also eliminates chromium pollution. In addition, the firing temperature of anti detachment high aluminum bricks is about 300 ℃ lower than that of magnesium chromium bricks, which has a considerable energy-saving effect.

As a new type of refractory material, anti peeling high alumina bricks have been reported by the Journal of the American Ceramic Association as a "potential new type of high alumina refractory material developed by China". Anti falling high alumina bricks have been widely used in the metallurgical and building materials industries.

Anti peeling high aluminum bricks have the following characteristics:

(1) Strong alkali corrosion resistance;

(2) Having sufficient thermal shock stability and high temperature resistance;

(3) Having a certain degree of mechanical strength and friction resistance;

(4) It has a suitable load softening temperature for hanging kiln skin and a long service life.
