High-aluminum brick manufacturer - high-aluminum brick manufacturer of how to build refractory bricks for high-temperature boilers - How to build refractory bricks for high-temperature boilers Industrial high-temperature boilers are closed chambers built with refractory bricks for fuel, separating the flames in the steam pot and the heated surfaces and the outside world. Therefore, refractory bricks have heat resistance, heat insulation and sealing. Most of the refractory bricks are mainly special-shaped clay refractory bricks. The furnace wall of the industrial steam pot with a capacity below 35t/h is mainly heavy-duty, and the furnace wall is built directly on the root of the steam pot. The furnace wall is composed of two layers inside the surface. The refractory lining wall is made of T-3 standard refractory bricks, and the insulated outer wall is made of mechanism red bricks. In order to improve the thermal insulation function, a 20mm insulation layer is left between the refractory brick and the red brick, filled with excellent insulation materials, or 16mm diatomite insulation refractory bricks are built during this period. The four corners of the red brick outer wall bite each other, making the four walls full of halls. The exterior is surrounded by light steel frames. Some exterior walls are not equipped with steel frames, which are shaped like ordinary brick walls. The thickness of the furnace wall is 360~730mm, the inner layer is 116~232mm refractory brick, and the outer layer is 240~480mm red brick. In the low-temperature area of the flue at the end of the steam pot, when the flue gas temperature is lower than 500℃, the furnace is built with red brick. The high-temperature boiler is a closed incineration chamber built of refractory bricks for fuel incineration and blocks the flames and heating surfaces in the boiler from the outside world. Therefore, refractory bricks are required to have heat resistance, heat insulation and sealing. Most of the refractory bricks are mainly special-shaped clay refractory bricks. Next, the masonry structure of the industrial boiler was introduced by Huanyang Industrial Refractory Factory. 1. The furnace wall of industrial boilers with a furnace wall structure capacity of less than 35t/h is mainly heavy structure, and the furnace wall is directly built on the basis of the boiler. The furnace wall consists of two layers inside the surface. The refractory lining wall is made of T-3 standard refractory bricks, and the insulated outer wall is made of red bricks. In order to improve the heat insulation function, there is a 20mm heat insulation layer between the refractory brick and the red brick, fill the high-quality heat insulation materials, or build 16mm diatomite heat insulation refractory bricks in the center. The corners of the four walls of the red brick outer wall require each other to bite each other, so that the four walls form a whole. The outer wall is surrounded by a light steel frame. Some external walls are not covered with steel frames, which is shaped like ordinary brick walls. The thickness of the furnace wall is 360~730mm, the inner layer is 116~232mm refractory brick, and the outer layer is 240~480mm red brick. In the low-temperature area of the flue at the tail of the boiler, when the flue gas temperature is below 500℃, the furnace is all built with red brick. 2. The roof structure of industrial boilers with furnace top structure is commonly used for arched roofs and suspended roofs. The arched roof is composed of steel arch foot beams, arch foot refractory bricks, wedge-shaped refractory bricks and insulation layers. The roof of the hanging furnace is composed of steel hanging beams, hanging equipment, hanging bricks and insulation layers. Refractory materials for boilers are first used to build boiler furnace walls. Thermal insulation data is first used to keep boilers, pipes, etc. The refractory materials commonly used in boilers include: refractory bricks, refractory clay, refractory concrete, asbestos, red bricks, etc. Refractory bricks are divided into three levels: the first level of fire resistance to 1730℃, the second level of fire resistance to 1670℃; the third level of fire resistance to 1580℃ (generally red bricks are used for less than 700℃). Refractory clay is generally used for brick seams with temperatures that do not exceed 1000℃, the refractory skin of sand does not exceed 1300℃, the refractory of quartz is 1500-1600℃, and the temperature resistance of asbestos does not exceed 600℃. Common insulation materials include: asbestos fiber, asbestos powder, asbestos, diatomite brick, vermiculite products, asbestos rope, slag cotton filler, glass wool, asbestos concrete, etc. These data require small thermal conductivity, low density and good thermal insulation. The insulation requirement is that when the ambient air temperature is 25℃, the external temperature of the insulation layer does not exceed 70℃.
